Shipping & Delivery
Orders
generally takes 1-4 business days to be processed and shipped out and
in rare cases could take up to 2 weeks at most to process special
orders. Processing time also depends on what paymet method you choose.
Since the merchandise is coming directly from the distributor it all
depends on when they process the orders but they are usually very good
at getting the products out to you. So please allow at the most 7-10
business days for you order. If you need something delivered by a
certain date it is best if you contact us before you place your order
to make sure that your request can be completed within the time limit
you need. You can always e-mail us to know your status of your shipping.
Our Return Policy
We
take pride in our products and always want you the customer to be
completely satisfied with your merchandise. So to ensure that you don't
get previously handled or worn merchandise, all sales are final, unless
damaged on arrival or a mistake was made on our part with sizing or
wrong color issues. With that said, all merchandise is throughly
inspected before shipment.
In the rare case of a damaged item
please contact us within 12 hours after delivery for a return/exchange.
We will replace the damaged item with exactly the same style, size
& color. We will refund your money in the same form of payment you
paid with. Due to a strict hygiene policy hats can not be returned
unless it is damage. We do not make exchanges for wrong sizes or colors
unless it was our error, so please take accurate measurements of your
body and take advantage of the size charts on our website. On rare
occassions with permission first a return may be allowed. All return must be approved and will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwised discussed.
All returns require a RMA # so please contact us for your RMA# via e-mail at jachefashions@yahoo.com
. We strongly recommend when returning that you use a shipping service
that can be tracked, and insured. If the shippment is lost or
damaged before it arrives back to us, we are not responsible. No credit
will be issued.
Refused
Packages & Unauthorized returns: A 30% restocking fee will be
charged to your credit card or your next order for a refused packages.
Refunds: Refunds
if approved are given in the form of store credit when a duplicate item
can not be found for an exchange. We do not refund shipping &
handling so all credits/refunds will be given less the shipping costs.
All credits expire within 60 days from the issue date. If you do not
agree with our policy please do not order. By placing an order you
agree to our terms.
When
a request is made for a return or exchange, instructions will be sent
to you on where and how to return the package along with your
authorization #.
All return/exchange requests must be made via e-mail at

note that dry cleaning damages are not our responsibilty and do not
qualify for returns/exchanges. We are in no way liable or responsible
for dry cleaning issues of any sort. No Exceptions!
