30 Day Layaway Program

 

 

We have implemented a Free 30 Day Layaway Program so that no matter how limited your budget is or how small your wallet is, you can dress like a queen. There are no additionl fees or finance charges associated with our layaway plan, just the cost of the item(s) and the shipping charge. That's it! It's easy, affordable, safe & fast!

 

The deposits are between 50% - 75% depending on what items are chosen and it will include your shipping total. The remainder of the layaway balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days from your original deposit date. Layaway itmes will not be held without a down payment. There are Absolutely No Exceptions!

 

 

All items are subject to availaibilty, so to check the availability please email us at info@divinechic.comor fax us at (954) 838-8128.

 

 

When requesting availability please include the following information in your request:

 

* Full Name

* Home and work phone or cell where you can be reached

* e-mail address

* Style numbers of items (we encourage youto pick more than one choice just incase one isn't available. Make sure you mark 1sr choice, 2nd choice etc...

* Sizes

* Colors

* Quantity

 

After this information is received, we will confirm availability and the deposit amount. Your initial deposit will be required immediately after. So at the top of the page there is a form to open and print out. Fill it out and fax it or e-mail it to us. If we don't get your deposit, we don't hold your merchandise, no exceptions!!!

 

Layaway Deposit:

 Your deposits can be made via credit cards, debit cards, or Paypal. No personal checks or money orders are accepted for layaway items sorry, but don't worry. If you need to pay with your checking account or savings account you may do so by using Paypal. It's free to use and quick to set up. Just go to www.paypal.com

Paypal Deposits

You can make your deposit with Paypal using your bank cards, credit cards, checking & savings account. It's free, safe and instant!

 

*Only send Paypal payment in after you have faxed or emailed the order form to us. Send payments to payments@divinechic.com

 

Final Payment

After the initial payment the remaining balance must be paid in full within 90 days. If you fail to make your final payment you will loose your deposit and the items you have on hold will be put back out for sale. This is our policy so please don't request layaway if you don't agree with our policy. By placing your initial deposit, you are agreeing to our terms. If you run into any problems with your layaway payments please contact us immediately, we are here to help!

 

Cancellation/Change of Layaway

Customer must notify Divine Chic in writing via email at info@divinechic.com or fax at (954) 838-8128 within 2 hours after your first initial deposit. Letter must state that he/she would like to cancel or change layaway request immediately in order to receive a full refund or change your selection. After 2 hours there will be no refunds given for any reason. The reason we state that you only have an average of 2 hours to cancel your order is because once your deposit is recieved, your merchandise is sent to us to hold for you until it is paid off. Once it is shipped out to us we have to pay for that item even if you decide to cancel. So that is the reason we have such strict rules on cancellations. If you do cancel after the 2 hour period a small fee will be assesed to cover the restocking fees of the merchandise and that will come out of your deposit before it is returned to you.

 

Returns/Exchanges of Layaway

There are no returns or exchanges for layaway items, so please make your selections accordingly. All sales are final!
