I
have found the same merchandise you sell on other websites for a
cheaper price, why are your prices higher and do you match prices?
There are some internet retailers that choose to sell this
merchandise way below the manufacturers suggested retail price but we
are not one of them. This type of practice can cause the manufacturers
to revoke the selling privledges of the retailer, we don't want
that. Our prices are already lower than what you would find in a actual
boutique but not so low that it causes a price war or takes away from
the actual value of the clothing. Many of the suits and dresses are
hand beaded with very expensive fabrics. When you sell them for a super
low price you are taking away from the actual value of the suit. These
are beautiful limited edition suits that are very valuable and you are
already getting a great discount by purchasing from us instead of an
actual retail boutique. As far as matching prices, we do not, we refuse
to cheapen our merchandise just to keep up with other internet
retailers, we believe in the actal value of the merchandise and will
not cheapen them. We do however give special discounts to our loyal
customers sometimes up to 40% off so if you sign up for our mailing
list and continue to purchase from us you will be given great discounts
and coupons to lessen your cost. So if you are a loyal customer with
us you will end up spending much less on your orders. We like to reward
our loyal customers for being faithful to our business.
2. How long does it take to process orders? Orders
generally takes 1-4 business days to be processed and shipped out and
in rare cases could take up to 2 weeks at most to process special
orders. Processing time also depends on what paymet method you choose.
Since the merchandise is coming directly from the distributor it all
depends on when they process the orders but they are usually very good
at getting the products out to you. So please allow at the most 7-10
business days for you order. You can always e-mail us to know your
status of your shipping.
3. How can I get my order processed faster?
In order to get your order processed faster we ask that you pay via
Paypal. This will ensure that your order takes no more than 2 days to
process and ship. You can choose Paypal as your payment option during
checkout on our website. If you want to learn more about Paypal please

4. How do I know if items I want to purchase are in stock?
Although we do try our best to keep inventory stocked, all items on our
site are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be in stock
when your order is placed unless you verify with us first that it is
available. If by chance an item is not in stock when you place your
order you will be notified by e-mail or via phone ASAP and you will
have the opportunity to place a special order. If you would like to

. If my item wasn't available after my order was placed, then why do I see a charge on my card?
When an order is placed, your card is automatically authorized, which
means the funds are put on hold, but are not withdrawn from your
account until your order is guaranteed to be in stock and ready to
ship. If an item is not in stock when your order is placed we will
release the authorization on your card (release the funds on hold) and
they will settle back into your account. Depending on your bank or the
type of account you have the funds are settled back into your account
the same day and up to 4 days after. Please do not contact us
requesting for the funds to be released until after the 4th day.
6. If an item is out of stock can I place it on back order?
In most cases when an item is out of stock, it cannot be placed on back
order because the designers only make a limited amount of each style
for that given season.On rare occassions an item will be put on
backorder so if that occurs it will be noted on the items description,
but that is usually early on in the catalog season. Towards the end of
each season items tend to sell out and we won't get them back in until
the next seasons inventory if they are reproduced at all.
7. What if I buy an item and it is the wrong size or color?
We want to ensure that none of our customers get previously purchased
or worn merchandise so we only accept exchanges/returns for damaged
merchandise so please take advantage of our Size Charts on our website
for your accurate size. We do allow for exchanges only if it was our
mistake. All sales are final unless unless otherwise noted. Please
refer to our Return Policy for questions about returns and exchanges.
8. My suit was damaged during dry cleaning, can I exchange it or get a refund?
Any damage done to the clothing while in your possession, that is not
in direct connection with us is not our responsability. You are to
inform the dry cleaners of the nature of your garments. Any damage they
cause should be taken up with them diretly. We assume no
responsibility, so please take great care in cleaning and wearing your
clothing.
9. Do you accept phone orders? Yes
we do accept phone orders, we also accept mail orders and faxed
orders. Website orders are guaranteed safe and are much faster!
Merchandise will not be put on hold while waiting for payment to be
received by mail, it is best to order over the internet to insure the
item you want is in stock when the payment goes through.
10. Do you accept money orders & personal checks for payment?
At this current time we do not accept personal checks as a form of
payment but we do accept money orders. If you need to pay with your
checking or savings account you may do so through Paypal for free. It's
guaranteed to be safe and fast. The payment is instant and we normally
do't have to wait for the funds to clear. It's free to sign up and send

11. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? If
you would like to cancel an order after the order is placed you must do
so within 1 hour after the order was made. The orders are sent to the
distributor shortly after it is placed so you have a small window of
opportunity to cancel. You are required to send an e-mail stating that
you want to cancel your order. After the 1 hour all orders are sent to
the processing warehouse and can not be canceled. If a delivery is
refused by the customer a 35% restocking fee will be taken from your
refund for refused packages. So please make sure you make your
selections carefully.
12. Do you sell wholesale or give bulk discounts on large orders?
We do not sell wholsale but we do give discounts for orders placed for
4 pcs. or more. We also have choir & usher discount packages too.

13. Can you help me start my own business? At this current time we do not offer business services.
14. How does your Rewards Program work? We
have a small delay in setting up the Rewards Program, so please sign up
for our mailing list to be notified when it becomes available.
15. I am scared to put my credit card info over the internet, how can I be sure it is safe? We
only use the most current and up to date security encrypted software to
ensure our customers privacy & safety. We have a security
certificate and we guarantee that all of your information is secure
when ordering. When you get to the checkout page on our website you
will notice on the bottom right hand corner of your browser there
should be a padlock, that shows that the site is secure. Also at the
top of the browser where you type the website address in you will see
the begining of the website address will begin with https:// instead of
http:// and that shows you are on a secure site. It will only show up
when it is time to put your sensitive informaion on the site.
16. Do you sell & ship to international customers? Yes
we do but there are only a few places that we will actually ship to.
After an order is placed on our website for an international customer,
the actual total will be confirmed via e-mail to the customer before
the credit card is charged and the order is processed. Duty taxes are
the customers responsibility. International orders will take a few more
days to process and ship out because of the customs forms and
packaging. We will use the most cost effective shipping method possible

in 3 business days) UPS/FedEx/ 2nd Day Air ( By 4:30 pm in 2 business
days to most areas (by 7:00 p.m. to residences) UPS/FedEx/ Next Day Air
Saver (Overnight delivery by 3 p.m. to most US addresses; by 4:30 to
rural areas.) UPS/FedEx/ Next Day Air (Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m.
to most US addresses; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays; by noon or
4:30 p.m. in remote areas) UPS/ Air Next Air Early AM/ (Overnight
delivery to major markets by 8:00 or 8:30 a.m., depending on
destination zip code) **These transit times do not include order
processing time.
There are times when me may need to
switch your shipping method to get it to you in the fastest and most
cost effective way. So we may from time to time use US Postal Service
Priority or Express mail instead of UPS.
18. Do you have a retail store that I can come and buy from? No we do not, we are strictly an internet based store.
19. Is the jewelry you sell good quality? The jewelry we sell is very high quality fashion jewelry.

Why can't I find the hats and purses in the pictures on your site?
The hats and purses are available for sale on our site, when you go to
the suit or dress and a hat and or purse is shown in the picture, it
can be purchased. Just scroll down a little and you will see the link
for the hats and purses. Just click the link and you'll be taken to the
page to choose the color of the item you want.
21. I got an e-mail/phone call from your company requesting my user name and password. Is this legitimate? Jache'
Women's Suits will never call you or e-mail you asking for your user

22. How long does to take process orders if I pay using Google Checkout?
It takes between 1-4 business days to process orders when payments are
made using Google Checkout. If you need your order
processed immediately please pay using Paypal.
